don't believe the hype: paris hilton

is it just me, or does anyone else find it suspect that mere hours after her release, the positive paris press machine has gone into overdrive with a people magazine cover AND larry king interview?

you gotta cough it up to her press agents cause the toned down makeup and innocent girl stance is a nice change from her usual presentation, but this still reeks of falseness.

news flash: she's back in. are you surprised?

apparently she left wailing calling out to her mother. if only she spent a full week, the backlash would never have happened. read about it here.

breaking news: she's out! she's back in! oh the humanity!

this is not going to get her any fans. paris was allowed to leave the century regional detention facility just after 3 days due to an upspecified medical condition.

so money CAN buy you everything.

UPDATE: looks like her freedom is short lived. the judge who put her behind bars is calling her back into the court to decide if she deserves to serve the rest of her sentence under house arrest. read about it here.

news flash: paris sentenced to 45 days in jail

not sure what else to say, paris drove around town with a suspended license and countless violations, then had the gall to say she didn't know and that she's 'sorry'. of course remorse came in the form of shopping with her mother kathy after the sentencing... her date with the orange jumpsuit is scheduled for june 6.

the celebrity blogs like perez hilton and tmz are going to have a field day with this one...
